Andria Nastasi,
Co Owner of Nectar of the Vine
Andria Nastasi is Co-Owner of Nectar of the Vine, a nationally distributed specialty beverage company operating in event-based retail markets across the United States. She oversees event applications and the full logistics required to participate in conventions and markets — including submissions, communication, and event preparation — and has built deep expertise within the convention and vendor community through years of hands-on event participation.
Andria's focus at Nectar of the Vine centers on brand growth and audience development, connecting the company with new markets and communities through its event-based retail presence.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University, class of 2003.

Nicholas Nastasi,
Warehouse & Production Operations Manager
Nicholas Nastasi oversees day-to-day warehouse and production operations at Nectar of the Vine, ensuring sales representatives are prepared for events, production runs execute on schedule, and retail and wholesale orders ship correctly and on time.
Nick manages event-based pack-outs, returns, and inventory flow aligned with the event calendar, directs product allocation during constrained inventory periods based on sales rep performance, sales velocity, and revenue impact, and oversees company fleet readiness and warehouse organization. He staffs and supervises production runs against schedules provided by the Production Manager, ensuring equipment, materials, and labor are prepared in advance, and enforces Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety, sanitation, and compliance standards across the facility.
Nick holds ServSafe certification and brings several years of prior food industry experience, including serving as a sous chef at a country club.
Lisa Wilson, Executive Manager
Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Events
Lisa Wilson has been with Nectar of the Vine since 2005, bringing more than two decades of experience growing alongside the company from its early stages to a national direct-to-consumer operation.
As Executive Manager of Direct-to-Consumer Events, Lisa owns end-to-end decision-making for DTC events, including event selection, promoter partnerships, scheduling, and team coordination. She manages the master event calendar — entering dates, tracking changes, and ensuring accuracy — while confirming team availability and coverage across events. Her work ensures all events align with company goals, financial targets, and brand standards.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys horseback riding, four-wheeler riding, hiking, traveling, and working on her small family farm.
Ben Miller, Production Manager & Event Onboarding
Ben Miller joined Nectar of the Vine in April 2022, beginning in direct-to-consumer field sales before transitioning to an office-based operations and planning role in September 2024. His time in the field gave him direct experience with the pace and relationships that drive the business, perspective he now applies to the systems and planning work that support the company.
Before Nectar of the Vine, Ben built his professional foundation across college admissions, senior housing, and private aviation - developing expertise in relationship-building, negotiation, and operational coordination across three distinct industries.
Outside of work, Ben is a Cleveland sports fan, an enthusiastic home chef, and the owner of a German Shepherd named Zero.
Karen Davidson, Marketing Manager
Karen Davidson is a graphic designer and marketing specialist specializing in print and digital design for retail and wholesale brand development. At Nectar of the Vine, she designs marketing and promotional materials — including flyers, catalogs, banners, signage, vehicle decals, and email campaigns — manages the company's BigCommerce website, and develops assets for both direct-to-consumer and wholesale audiences.
Prior to Nectar of the Vine, Karen completed a graphic design internship with Northeast Ohio Weddings Magazine, contributing to page layouts, cover design, photo enhancement, and advertisement layouts. She also brings 16 years of marketing and administrative experience from Chicago Title Company LLC, where she designed promotional materials, newsletters, presentations, and press releases, and managed marketing support for account executives across Northern Ohio.
Karen holds an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Design from Southwestern Michigan College, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2011.
Kathy Partak, Relationship Marketing & Social Lead
Kathy Partak is a culinary professional and marketing specialist with decades of experience spanning scratch baking, competitive cooking, and culinary community leadership. She began her career as a cake decorator and baker in a scratch bakery from 1986 through 2002, and went on to become an award-winning, published recipe contest writer and winner.
Kathy has organized and managed cooking stages for fairs and festivals and produced "Chopped"-style challenge performances for local fundraisers. She also raised her son Mason in the kitchen — he won Chopped Junior at age 11 and has since appeared on Guy's Grocery Games Junior, The Steve Harvey Show, Fox News, Connecticut Style, The Lisa Oz Show, Good Day Sacramento, and Hallmark Home & Family.
She is graduating with honors from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and a minor in Workforce Leadership. Kathy also holds two certifications from the Institute for Advertising Ethics: Ethical Advertising Scholar and Influencer Integrity Shield. She now brings that combination of culinary expertise, marketing training, and advertising ethics credentials to Nectar of the Vine.
National Training Manager
Direct-to-Consumer and Event Sales
Tim Morgan has more than 30 years of direct-to-consumer sales, live demonstration, and sales training experience. At Nectar of the Vine, he focuses on sales performance, training, and developing systems to improve event booth efficiency and profitability.
His background includes door-to-door cookware and fine china sales - where he earned company awards for highest shows worked in a single year, broke sales records at multiple events, and trained seven people - followed by six years as a fully independent event demonstrator (2006–2012) and a co-developed in-home cooking demonstration business that operated until 2020. He also spent 12 years as a middle school math teacher, securing a Dell classroom grant, building team landing pages, and establishing a BellSouth-donated after-school homework hotline.
Outside of work, Tim is a competitive archer with approximately 17 tournament trophies and has traveled to 39 states and internationally.
Connie Andrews, Administration Manager
Connie Andrews is a 15-year member of the Nectar of the Vine team, overseeing Administration, Fulfillment, and Reporting functions across the organization. Her work ensures operational accuracy and efficiency across departments.
Connie brings a cross-disciplinary background spanning creative and business roles, having worked as a Floral Designer, Retail Manager, and Billing Manager. Prior to joining Nectar of the Vine, she spent five years at Chase Bank, where she developed expertise in financial operations and customer service. She attended the Art Institute of Cleveland and holds a certification in Commercial Art from Art Instruction School.
Outside of work, Connie is a mother of three and grandmother of six. She enjoys drawing, painting, reading, and spending time with her family.
